A Kibbutz member who worked in a factory in Kibbutz's full ownership, but was paid a work salary as an employee, in every way, and deducted insurance contributions from his salary as an employee (including for unemployment insurance branch), in accordance to his employer's declaration on his behalf - can also receive unemployment benefit.
